The innovation mindset has been and will remain key to our success in these areas. We recognise that a diverse set of experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds is crucial to innovation and the development of new ideas. Creating a diverse and inclusive workforce has been fundamental to developing our innovation mindset and we were honoured to recently receive the Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) in recognition of our work in building an inclusive and diverse culture.
We ask all our people to take responsibility for innovation. It is not something undertaken by a specialised group that sits to the side. We are all asked to bring an improvement mind-set to our work and our showcase innovations have come from across our company.
We are especially proud to have been included in the AFR Boss Most Innovative Companies List for four consecutive years. We have worked hard to create an innovative mindset that is genuinely ingrained into our culture and this successive recognition tells us we have got that right.
